About Me
Elizabeth has been pursuing photography with her Nikon D3 for over 3 years and has developed a deep passion for the craft. Though her grandfather, Richard Dawson (also dubbed as 'Dick the Click'), was a professional photographer, Elizabeth’s own interest in photography began in March 2022 during her time at university. Inspired by an assignment, she discovered how DSLR photography could reveal beauty in the world around her. She quickly became captivated by the idea that subtle adjustments and a deeper understanding of photographic techniques could significantly enhance the impact of her images. This newfound passion has evolved into a dedicated pursuit of photographic skill and artistry.
In addition to her work in photography, Elizabeth studied Violin at the Royal Northern College of Music from September 2020 to July 2024, graduating with a 2:1 degree. Throughout her studies, she enjoyed capturing her peers in concert and photographing their professional portfolios, blending her love for music with her growing interest in visual storytelling.
Although Elizabeth is relatively new to the world of photography, it has swiftly become an integral part of her life. She is eager to explore more creative projects and expand her artistic horizons. Additionally, Elizabeth has honed her skills in photo editing, allowing her to carefully craft the mood and atmosphere of her images, ensuring they align with both her vision and the desires of her clients.
